Who we are
The “Artemiy Telegram Ads” website (“we”, “the site”) describes our Telegram Ads setup and management services and publishes case studies and knowledge-base articles. For any question about your data, email wazila19@mail.ru or message us on Telegram.
What we receive
- What you send us. The site has no forms or accounts. If you message us on Telegram or by email, we receive your name or username, your contact and what you tell us about your project.
- Technical data. When you open a page, the server automatically logs your IP address, browser and device type, the page address, the time of the request and the referring address.
- Analytics and advertising — only with your consent. If you click “Allow all” in the banner, Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies and collect aggregated statistics: which pages you viewed, where you came from, how long you stayed and whether you completed an action after seeing an ad.
We do not take payments on the site and never collect card details.
Why we use it
- to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver our services;
- to keep the site stable and protected from attacks and abuse;
- with your consent, to learn which materials are useful and to measure our advertising.
Legal bases
Your consent (for analytics and advertising cookies and for conversations you start), taking steps to enter into and perform a service contract, and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
Who else is involved
- Our hosting provider, whose server runs the site and stores request logs.
- Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Ads), only if you consent to cookies. Google processes data under its own terms: Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.
- Telegram and the email provider, when you choose to contact us through them.
We never sell or rent your data. Google may process data on servers outside your country.
How long we keep it
- correspondence: while we work on your project and up to 3 years afterwards;
- server logs: up to 30 days;
- Google Analytics data: no longer than 14 months;
- your cookie-banner choice: 12 months, after which we ask again.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw cookie consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before. Email wazila19@mail.ru and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, and access to the server and to correspondence is limited to the people who need it for their work.
Children
The site is meant for adults promoting their business. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version always lives on this page, with the date at the top. See also our Cookie Policy and Terms of Use.
